Brothers and Sisters,
Due to the overwhelming response for a number of the family canning products, we are going to squeeze an additional batch for Raspberry Jam (March 13, 2012) and Blackberry Jam (March 15, 2012). So if you called and it was full, please call again. (We will also be canning these products in the May time frame, but for those that are interested in doing it in March, please call now.)
We have had such a big demand for Salsa (March 22, 2012) and Spaghetti Sauce (March 26, 2012), we have decided to add an afternoon shift and make more product available. If you called and we were full and you can come in from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm for these 2 products, call in.
As a reminder we can accept phone calls on two phone numbers: 529-2201 and 529-1678.
Also, just to make everyone aware, we will also add a few extra days in May to do Chicken Chunks, Beef Chunks and Ground Beef. I will send out the May schedule at the end of March and we will start taking names in April for the May time frame. We are doing the best we can with the days we have to work with. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.
