White Chicken Chili

Cook time:  30-45 min.  Yields 8 servings
INGREDIENTS:
5 whole chicken chests cut in strips and diced
Oregano
1 Tablespoon butter or olive oil
RUE:
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1 cup chicken broth
SOUP:
4 cups milk
2 cans homeny beans drained
2 cans northern beans drained
1 tsp. cumin
2 cans chopped green chilies
1/2 can chopped jalepenos
salt and pepper
chahula or hot sauce

DIRECTIONS:
In frying pan saute chicken with oregano and butter/oil.  In main pot melt butter and shake in flour.  Then add chicken broth.  Add remaining ingredients.  Will thicken when brought to a boil.  Stir to  keep flour from sticking to bottom.
