How are your stake challenges coming? Have you finished the Book of Mormon? Keep working! The Stake has planned some wonderful events you will want to put on your calendar.
First of all there will be a Centennial Pageant titled "Zion". This will be held August 14, 15, & 16th at the Virginia Theater. Show time is 7:00 p.m. and you must be seated by 6:50 p.m. Tickets are required and you can get them from the Executive Secretary, Byron Hogue. Feel free to give him a call at 201-9642.
August 16th will be Centennial Day at Shelley City Park. The activities are as follows:
8:00 - 10:00 a.m. Breakfast
8:00 - 10:00 a.m. Stake Historical Displays
8:30 - 10:00 a.m. Children's Games
10:00 a.m. - Program
12:00 p.m. - Tree Planting Ceremony at the Shelley Stake Center
