one of the extra challenges each day for 2 extra points that day!
· Organize
an area of your home that’s been causing you stress (a cupboard, a closet, a
drawer, a desk).
· Plan
and prepare Family Home Evening
· Don’t
eat anything after 8 p.m.
· Memorize
an Article of Faith
· Write
someone a thank you note or let someone know how much they mean to you.
· Double
your exercise for the day.
Remember to keep track of your points because there will be prizes! You can earn 5 points + a 2 point extra challenge each day for a total of 7 points a day.
